UAAP Season 73: The opening at Araneta Coliseum
The Universities in Metro Manila are now Open and the members of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) is now preparing for the 73rd season of the tournament of universities.
The upcoming season is hosted by De Lasalle University. The opening ceremony will be on July 10, 2010 at the Araneta Coliseum. It will then be followed by a basketball match between DLSU and UP Fighting Maroons.
Furthermore, the tournament still includes the best teams in the country such as FEU Tamaraws, UP Fighting Maroons, UE Red Warriors, Ateneo Blue Eagles, UST Growling Tigers, Adamson Falcons, La Salle Green Archers, and NU Bulldogs.
