Manny Bamba Villar (born Disyembre 13, 1949 in Moriones, Tondo) is a senator of the Republic of the Philippines, an outstanding certified public accountant, and one of the richest businessman in Forbes Asia October 2007 rankings.

He worked as a part-time seafood dealer, and a college student taking up Business Administration and Accountancy in the University of the Philippines.
He also worked in several companies namely: Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.), and Private Development Corporation of the Philippines.
Elected as Congressman of Las Pinas and Muntinlupa.
Became Speaker of the House of Representatives and Senate President.
Awarded with UP’s Most Distinguished Alumnus

He is running for a Presidential seat on the May 2010 election.
