1,451 out of 5,903 passed the Philippine Bar Exam

The 2009 Bar Exam had longer set of questions but it did not hinder 1,451 students from passing the final test of becoming a lawyer.

The topnotcher, Reinier Paul Yebra, broke records by being San Beda College College of Law’s first topnotcher in 42 years, part of Accra Law Firm, and first male to rank first in the bar exam after 3 years.

He is a son of retired police director Efren Yebra and college dean Irene Yebra. He is also a member of Lex Leonum Fraternitas. (source)
