The guy in the photo is Kim Sang Bum, a popular korean actor popular in the tv drama series, Boys Over Flowers.
He has become a popular artist (not in his hometown) but in the nearby country, The Philippines after a tv channel (ABS-CBN) released the koreanovela in 2009.
